Strengths Explorer is an assessment designed to help children aged around 10 -14 discover and develop their own unique talents. Too often we shine a light on perceived weaknesses, but this approach focuses on what already feels right and strong within a child. This is a powerful, fun process that in just one session bridges the gap between simply telling a child they have potential and helping them to positively develop that potential.

What your child gains?

“Thank you so much to Abi for guiding us towards the strengths finder course. I sat down with my daughter while she took the assessment and I found it so interesting to see how she approached each question and her reactions. The final report was lovely to read, and it made me so proud because they described my daughter’s personality and traits to a tee. Highly recommend the course to every parent and child.”

How it works?

Your child will complete the Strength Explorer assessment online, and we will look at the results together during our online consultation. We’ll talk with your child about how they can make the most of their strengths using the actionable ideas in the report. Your report provides your child with their top three Strengths Explorer talents and includes ideas they can use, with your support, to develop what they do best.

Step 1

Book

Book your Strengths Explorer online consultation using the calendar link below. Please make sure you leave enough time for your child to complete the assessment before our consultation. On booking you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Strengths Explorer online assessment.

Step 2

Prepare

Supervise your child while they complete the assessment in their own time. They can relax, there are no wrong answers or trick questions, and no time limit. You will receive the results immediately via email in a comprehensive, personalised Strength Explorer report.

Step 3

Discuss

Once the assessment has been completed, and your child has their results, we can have our follow up conversation. During our 60 minute consultation we will review the results with your child, and discuss how they might use the talents they have uncovered in their report.

Step 4

Support

After the formal discussion where we will have identified a clear plan of action for both you and your child to implement, I will be available on email for follow up support to answer any questions you may have.
